When the first Kindergarten in Norway opened in 2003, our founders Hans Jacob and Rand Sundby had a vision to develop and lead nurseries where children feel and know that they are valuable. The first nursing started with 50 students and 15 adults using a holistic approach to early childhood education. At Dibber, children could become the best version of themselves through playful learning, interaction and mastery. In this very first preschool this is where they started using a holistic approach to early childhood education.
